In 2014, the DGCCRF developed a guide aimed at promoting good practices based on existing regulatory provisions. However, it is worth noting that this guide can be complex to read, study, and implement for industry actors. Therefore, the objective of this white paper is to facilitate the understanding of the challenges related to the compliance of pre-packaged products and to provide practical advice on how to comply with the requirements of the DGCCRF guide.
