This training is intended for Quality Managers, laboratory personnel, and line operators who manage and supervise production quality.

Location and duration.

For trainings taking place at the trainees’ workplace, a meeting room equipped with a video projector must be made available. As for distance learning, it will be presented in the form of a webinar / video conference. The training will either take place over two consecutive full days (9am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm) or over a half-day followed by a full day and another consecutive half-day (1:30pm-5:30pm in the afternoon, 9am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm the next day and 9am-12pm on the following morning). The exact location, date and times of the training will be indicated on the training invitations sent to each trainee. TRAINING OBJECTIVES AND TARGETED SKILLS

The objective of the training is to train the user on the QualiStat system, which allows quality controls to be carried out on production lines (especially for pre-packaged controls). At the end of the training, the participant will be able to implement the following skills:

  • Creation of articles
  • Association of article production line
  • Entry of properties
  • Creation of acquisition controls (weight, temperature, length…)
  • Creation and modification of control plans
  • Creation and modification of attributes for controls (self-checks, compliant/non-compliant, TU1/TU2…)
  • Association of line-machine-post
  • Use of data through real-time supervision
  • Extraction of data through a log report
  • Creation and processing of statistical records.
