For trainings taking place at the trainees’ workplace, a meeting room equipped with a video projector must be made available. As for distance learning, it will be presented in the form of a webinar / video conference. The training will either take place over two consecutive full days (9am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm) or over a half-day followed by a full day and another consecutive half-day (1:30pm-5:30pm in the afternoon, 9am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm the next day and 9am-12pm on the following morning). The exact location, date and times of the training will be indicated on the training invitations sent to each trainee. Registration must be completed 1 month before the start of the training.
The training will be supervised by one of our 3 trainers:
Mr. Patrick Jost – Technical and Operational Director,
Mr. Alain Dubuisson – Control/Line Project Manager,
Mr. Florian Allender – Formulation Project Manager.
The objective of the training is to train the user on the QualiStat system, which allows quality controls to be carried out on production lines (in particular for pre-packaged product inspections). At the end of the training, the participant will be able to implement the following skills:
Software administration/supervision
Terminal network software
PC-based acquisition software
Navigation within files
Families / subfamilies / articles
Predefined controls
Predefined attributes
Use of standardized controls
Control plans and understanding of properties
Article/line association
Presentation of different screens on terminals
Presentation of different screens on PC
Production configuration or declaration
Sampling function
First-level maintenance diagnostics
Instruments and protocols
Assigning an instrument to a station/post
Supervision/Log and filtering mode
Statistical files by grouping and/or filtering
Control charts and their limits
Assessment of the needs and profile of the participant
Theoretical and methodological contributions: pedagogical sequences grouped into different modules
Program contents adapted according to the identified needs during the training
Questionnaires, exercises, and case studies
Reflection and exchange on practical cases
Feedback from experiences
Appropriate corrections and knowledge checks at each stage, depending on the learner’s pace, as well as the requirements of the subscribed training
To implement practical exercises, provide a computer in the training room that is different from the trainer’s computer
Course materials in digital format projected on a screen and sent to participants via email before the training
Each training is under the responsibility of the pedagogical director of the training organization; the smooth running is ensured by the trainer designated by the training organization.
