An MES to ensure that recipes are produced within tolerance limits

Overview

MixingPack ensures that formulas are made with the right ingredients and batches in the right quantities and within the proper tolerances.

Based on a product’s nomenclature or manufacturing orders transmitted to the system, the MixingPack system will guide operators in the creation of formulas or recipes.

The solution enables compliance with current regulations on chemical product formulation and expected specifications (DGCCRF, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS, FDA, etc.) for chemical industry players (Materials, Food, Pharmacopoeia, Cosmetics, etc.).

Integrate into the information system a computer architecture that can be easily interoperated

SELECTION OF INGREDIENTS

Choice of ingredients ( primary, secondary, additives)

Input of ingredients, batch numbers, references by keyboard or by barcode

Choice of the proportion of ingredients

Import via ERP in text or XLM format of production orders

Export to ERP of raw material consumption by batch
